Added modes for background image ( #385 )

* Added modes for background image
They are "None", "Stretch", "Zoom", "Fit" and "Center".
Some problems are fixed in the code for the following purposes:
1. The background image isn't limited to translucent terminals.
2. The background color isn't blended with the background image. Blending is not only ugly but unneeded. Instead, the user can use translucent images as the background.
3. Image scaling is smooth and antialiasing.
A patch for QTerminal will follow this to use it.

Improve "Undecodable sequence" warnings
...
Using Qt logging utilities instead of printf so that those warnings
can be enabled/disabled. Those warnings are disabled by default. To
enable them, use QT_LOGGING_RULES="qtermwidget.debug=true".
Also improve the formatting. An example warning:
Undecodable sequence: "\u001B[22;0;0t"

Make Utf8Proc_FOUND match the name of the calling package (Utf8Proc).
From CMake warning:
This can lead to problems in calling code that expects `find_package`
result variables (e.g., `_FOUND`) to follow a certain pattern.

* Fix building when utempter is enabled
And test it with CI to make sure it will not break in the future.
Looks like libulog.so is provided by FreeBSD and libutempter.so is
provided on Linux [1].
